Butler supervises and oversees activities of household like cooking, cleaning, and other related domestic duties and also oversees serving of breakfast lunch and dinner, sets tables and serves the food. Butler would also be expected to carry out other services as requested like personal shopping for his employer, mixing and serving cocktails and tea, answers telephone and delivers messages. Butler also receives and announces guests handles the mail and is in charge of the household accounts.
