The rules for submitting articles to us are simple but they must be followed!

The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.

By submitting your articles to Article Directory, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.

By submitting your articles to HowToBecome.info, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other HowToBecome.info users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.

No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to HowToBecome.info should not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.

HTML tags are not allowed within the article body.

Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.

Articles that are advertisements, or appear to be advertisements, will be considered spam and will not be approved for publication.
Every article is human reviewed by our editorial staff, typically within 2-8 days.
Suggest a category. If you can not find appropriate category for your article. Please contact us with your category suggestions so that we can add that to our category list.

If the articles you would like to submit are getting published elsewhere, that is ok with us. If you have published your articles to other article directories or on your own website or a blog we are still happy to accept them. There’s no need for you to provide a different version to other sites or to not allow them to be republished at all. The more sites that host your article, the more chances you will have to build your credibility as well as to gain links back to your site through a short bio at the end of the article.
Duplicate content that we do not like.
Do not submit the same article twice with a different title or under different category.
Do not submit rewritten articles that has the same meaning but are just rephrased.
Do not submit spinned articles.
Formatting
Article Title: maximum 150 characters.
Article Minimum: minimum of 300 words.
Article Maximum: maximum of 1500 words.
Author Resource Box
400 characters or about 60 words.
Maximum of 2 active or inactive links/URLs to a website that you own, control, or have an interest in and which adds value to the article. .
We do accept links that use HTML to add style attributes to the link, URL, or text link description.
Your links MAY NOT contain a file to be downloaded of any type.
We do not accept the same ACTIVE link more than once. Do not submit duplicate URLs.

We will NOT auto-format URLs that are included in authors resource box.
We do not knowingly allow any URLs that are banned by Google or if your website engages in questionable SEO practices. We will reject your articles.
Any use of anchored text links to websites that you own should add value to the article topic rather than stand out as an obvious abuse of anchored text link or only pure SEO reasons. Please limit your anchor text link length to 3 words.
Illegal subject matter and other restrictions

Family Safe Content Only: We do not allow articles on pornography, escort services, sex toys, violence, illegal subjects (such as movie downloads), potentially dangerous information, or hate speech. This includes both written and visual material. This is by no means an exhaustive list, and we reserves the right to reject any article.

Articles cannot include plagiarized material from any other person or source. You must own 100% of the article you publish.

Articles should not link to or promote online gambling sites.

Any author found to be submitting plaigerized, illegal, spam or duplicate content will have their accounts and all articles deleted. Please follow our Submission Guidelines to prevent account termination.
