Experience/Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience on Commercial sites Interior Fit out works experience Desirable - sub-contracting experience
Additional key requirements are:
- Implementing an effective health and safety regime
- Excellent communication and people management skill
- An ability to identify and resolve problems
- Experience of managing in a live environment
- Leadership skill
- IT competent

The Role:

Responsible for the day to day execution of contracts, site safety, direction of direct employees, subcontractors and liaise with client site representatives. Responsible for quality on site and compliance with – as set out below:

Site compliance with Health and Safety Regulation. Quality of Workmanship. Site Tidiness / Safety and Security. Site Set Up and execution. Inspect work completed on site and snag all works as the job progresses to avoid defects after completion. Attend Site Meetings and convene regular meetings with subcontractors on site. Liaise with the Client/Main Contractor on all site activities including information requirements, RFIs etc Participate in the preparation of: Programme of works Method Statements Material Requirements Plant Requirements Project Quality/Safety Plan Liaison with head office regarding purchasing, invoicing, wages and plant.
