Default Cycling Tour Guide

Having been inspired by something seen in Amsterdam, my friend just started a cycle tour business for tourists in her home town. She's not needed too much cash to start as the bikes are hired through another local business.

Cycling tour business seems pretty good especially for individuals who feel so alive helping guests go around and appreciate the local scenery. And as you said, it looks like it doesn't need a very high start-up cost.

That sounds like a lot of fun. If you like to cycle and you know a lot about the area, why not? It sounds like something I would be interested in and I know of others who would do something like that too.

Default Nice idea

I think that is a great idea! Not only can people get out and take tours, they can do something healthy while the do it! As long as the area is safe for cycling I think it is a wonderful business venture.

Most of the time, people never want to look around them for business ideas and especially when this entails starting small.

This is an example of a keen entrepreneur, something I want to be in the long run.

Pick a date. Start saving. Get a bike, tent & sleeping bag. Choose a direction, and go.

Thatís it.

I really mean this. Have another look at the picture above. Maria (right) departed Budapest on a bike she bought for $15 from a local scrapyard. After strapping a backpack to it, she spent two months cycling through Eastern Europe to Istanbul. Her life-changing bicycle adventure required less than 24 hours of planning and involved no specialist equipment whatsoever. Take your cue from her ó not me. Iím over-equipped and over-prepared. Far better to keep it simple.

Need more reassurance? Think your tripís going to be different? OK ó read on.
