Default Fitness Instructors & Weight Gain

What do you suppose happens when fitness instructors gain weight? Do you think they lose clients or are people less intimidated and therefore more likely to take their class?

That's an interesting question. Sadly, the answer is probably that they'd lose work. Who wants to train with someone who can't control their body? I don't agree with that but it is all about image, right?

I agree, I don't want to work out with someone who is overweight. How can they help me if they can't keep in shape? I'm sure a lot of people think this way. I mean a few pounds - no biggie but a lot of weight - doubtful.

If I've been working out with the person for a while and I'm losing weight and hitting my goals - I don't care if they gain weight. If they aren't really being effective with me, then I'm dropping them.

I think you are probably right that a gym instructor or other structure start getting weight then they can loose their clients as well as their health. If they are gaining weight then people think that the person is not serious with his own health how can he help us in loosing weight or to become healthy and fit.

So i think to make a good impression on clients and to become a good instructor the person should have to follow this own rules have to fit and health then he can help others to get a good health ans stay fir fir the long time and people will start believing on that person even they'll love that person as their ideal.

Yes this is most important. More and more people will get attractive towards your service if you yourself have good muscles.

It is very crucial for the instructor when he gains weight. Eventually he may lose the clients. People seek for eye witnesses today.
