The Cake Making – Level 2 Course is designed for students wanting to understand the basic skills, theories and approaches that are using in creating beautiful, imaginative and original cakes that are pleasing to the eye. The course will help you to develop your own skills in designing, baking and decorating your own cakes and will look at the different equipment used. It will show how you can create a cake from new and will examine the different varieties of cakes and fillings and will help you to understand the different types of icing techniques and delve into “Sugar Craft” and how this can be used to decorate cakes.
