Driving Organizational Improvement

• Implementing Improvements Using the DMAIC Methodology.
• Benefiting from Established Problem-Solving Tools.

EFQM Model Management Documents
• Compiling the Components of an EFQM Management Document.
• Using the Enabler Map to Detail Approaches.
