Improve health and safety at work by understanding food safety and workplace hygiene.

This qualification will give learners the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding and all the skills and knowledge required to maintain good personal and workplace hygiene. Completion of this course also allows learners to take responsibility for food safety in a catering environment and understand how to keep food safe from contamination.

This course will be run at your venue on a date and time specified by you. We will bring all equipment with us – you supply the training area.
