Ran over a 10 day period, our Door Supervisor Pre-Employment training is candidates’ entry route into the security industry. By combining industry standard qualifications and a pre-employment provision that has been shaped by our recruiting companies, we offer the following schedule:

• Working in the Private Security Industry
• Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry
• Conflict Management within the Private Security Industry
• Physical Intervention Skills within the Private Security Industry
• Exams & Exit Reviews

This course is ideal for candidates looking to become qualified to work as a security officer within the security industry. Skills are also interchangeable for event stewards and in some cases hospitality establishments where a license is required. It could be a candidate’s first qualification or they could be refreshing their qualification after it has expired.

Candidates will gain the pre-requisite qualification for working as a professional, licensed security officer. There are links in place with employers who are willing to accept CV’s and offer interviews during the course. Our security specialists will help tailor candidates applications to meet industry standards and expectations.

NGTC will fund the application for the full SIA licence on successful completion of the programme.
