The Travel And Tourism – Level 2 Course is designed to help meet the growing need for well qualified and knowledgeable people who want a career in the Travel and Tourism industry. Unit Four – Travel and tourism products and services

This Unit contains the following topics: Identify and describe tourism products; Explore the roles of tour operators and travel agents; Describe support facilities for travel and tourism and Explore the features of worldwide transport in relation to major international routes.

Unit Five – The Role and Function of Marketing and Promotion In Travel and Tourism

This Unit contains the following topics: Role and Function of Marketing and Promotion; Marketing and Promoting, Products, Services and Experiences; Product as part of the marketing mix; Price as part of the marketing mix; Place as part of the marketing mix; and Promotion as part of the marketing mix.
