There are only few people how knows that its time taking course and need your attention and hard work to become a Psychiatrist. Psychiatrist needs 4 year bachelors degree in biology chemistry anatomy or psychology, then 4 years of medical school to get your M.D Doctor of Medicine degree and after that 4 more years of psychiatric residency. A rotating internship like training which generally 6 months to 1 year and then you go and be a psychiatrist.
