    Default Benefits of Aerobics

    Sport and fitness go hand in hand and most people opt for less straining exercises in an effort to keep fit.

    I deem aerobics to be less straining but I am just wondering what are its benefits?

    Aerobics are cardio and cardio exercises help with your breathing and help to burn calories quicker than just weight lifting. I love cardio exercises and I love aerobics. They also help with flexibility.

    Following a regular aerobics program gives you a sense of commitment and control - two positive mental attitudes that help counteract stress. Aerobics also relax tense muscles, thereby relieving your body's stress response.
