    Default Different Cooking Styles

Are there any differences between being a Western and an Asian cook? Would you need to get certificates for both if you wanted to work at a specific restaurant?

This will help give you a basic idea of how they are different. As for certification, if you want to work cooking for the public, you will need to be certified to work in most places.

A lot of people who want to be specific style chefs will often go to school abroad to learn. Not all of them need to do this but many desire it for a more well-rounded experience.

It has to do with what genre of cooking you like to do or specialize in. Like Italian, French, Tex-Mex, American, Latin American, Asian.
