    What do you eat on a daily basis to eat healthy? I usually try to eat eggs, and a banana everyday.

    Eating healthy food is the key of good health. Eggs and Milk is very important for health. We usually eat first food which is not good for health. We should also avoid smoking and alcohol. We should always remember that health is wealth. So everyone needs to care about our own health.

    I eat nuts and fruit daily. Just a small amount of each. Most meals I make sure I have at least one serving of veg with.
    I will also snack on healthier foods like popcorn, rice crackers, ect.
