    I think the repetitiveness in certain schools is what puts teachers off. If the school is open to creative teaching and learning, this allows the teacher to have more freedom. If everything is done by the books and in a straight narrow lines, then that is when it becomes boring. I know plenty of very happy teachers for all ages and levels of education.
