Default Is there a need for horticulture anymore?

It would seem that many schools don't offer classes or courses for these kinds of things anymore.

To me, learning how to farm, understanding plant life, and everything in-between would be valuable even if you do not intend on working in this area.

Oh yes! A lot of companies these days like toi do business with local farmers, especially those who offer grass-fed meats and organic produce.

It is worth looking into specific areas that have a lot of "whole foods" types of shops.
