Default What did your first job teach you?

The first job I have ever had was working at a library sorting books and organizing them. It wasn't anything fancy but I learned that I have a thing for education.

I would read some books and then want to teach or tell people what I have learned and it brought me a lot of enjoyment.

I worked as a dishwasher for a small restaurant down the road from where I grew up. It taught me that jobs like that will always be around but if I wanted to go anywhere with my life, I had to advance beyond that.

I worked for my father for my first 3 years being of age to work and I can tell you I learned a lot. I think your first job means more when you are inspired by someone close to you.
