Default Hair growth and regular trimming

Having been in the hair care industry for quite some years, a lot of people question how regular trimming or even shaving effects hair growth.

I can tell you that if you are able to trim the edges off your hair every 6 weeks to 2 months, it will benefit the overall health. Think of it like trimming plants. They tend to grow more lush and full with a proper trim

I think this is true for most but not all. If my wife gets her hair cut every 6 to 8 weeks, she will never see any growth. She has to give her hair at least 4 or 5 months between trims to get it to be longer.

I keep my hair a bit longer but I have the sides shaved. This works best for me as I am able to do this at home. I go in every few months to get the hair on the top trimmed.
