    Default Looking To Become A Dental Nurse???

    If you are looking to get into the dentistry field, and need qualiications, you can train for a National Diploma in Dental Nursing with AGE121.

    Career Prospects:

    Experience as a dental nurse is usually a requirement for those wishing to become a dental hygienist or dental therapist (sometimes known as oral health practitioners.) with experience and further training, dental nurses can also work as orthodontic therapists.

    How to become a Qualified Dental Nurse:

    You must first study at a dental nurse training centre. They will be able to register you with the national examination board for dental nursing (NEBDN).

    The following must be achieved to receive the full qualification Diploma in Dental Nursing; the students recognise and accept that failure to complete any part of the process will result in not successfully becoming a qualified Dental Nurse.

    It is recommended that candidates are already in placements at the start of the course, however the latest must be by the 9th Week of the course in order to complete the entire record of experience in time for our deadlines.

    A £20.00 charge is applicable for any copies of the record of experience which is a mandatory requirement by the NEBDN.
    Complete all required written and practical elements from the record of experience.
    Pass both elements in The Diploma Examination for Dental Nurses.
