    Smile How Can I Become A Highly Skilled Mechanical Engineer ?

    I am a student of mechanical engineering. In the future I want to be a skilled mechanical engineer. What kind of professional courses I have to take to advance my degree?

    The important part is to ensure you get an MEng Degree - if you are doing a three year bachelor degree you can take an additional year of study to complete your masters. After you've finished studying you will then work towards chartered status which will require working experience followed by a final 'professional review'. Overall it usually takes a minimum of 8 years but usually 10 years of university education and post graduate training to achieve the Chartered Engineer qualification.
